Last updated: October 27, 2026

This site, jenhaggard.com, is run by Jenny Haggard in Los Angeles, California. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used. If anything here is unclear, email jen@jenhaggard.com.

What I collect

Newsletter signups. When you subscribe or take the Discernment Audit, you give your first name and email address. These are stored as a contact in my Wix account.
Emails you send me. If you email jen@jenhaggard.com about booking or anything else, I keep the message and your address so I can reply.
Basic visit data. The site is hosted by Wix, which may automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and the pages you view, and may use cookies, to keep the site running, secure and measured.

The quiz runs in your browser. Your answers and score are not saved to my contact list.

How I use it

To send the newsletter and updates you asked for.
To reply to your messages and booking inquiries.
To keep the site working and understand which pages people read.

I do not sell your information.

Google Fonts serves this site’s typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Spotify and other sites lead to services with their own policies.

Your choices

Unsubscribe any time with the link in every newsletter, or email me and I will remove you.
Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing jen@jenhaggard.com.
If you live in California or another region with privacy laws, you may have additional rights. Email me and I will honor them.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If I change this policy, the new version will appear here with a new date.
